Our Knowledge-base Development Initiatives

Grace Global is dedicated to becoming a hub for agribusiness knowledge in Brunei. Our goal is to systematically capture, document, and disseminate the insights gained from our R&D and daily operations to empower the next generation of farmers and strengthen the entire agricultural sector.

Our key knowledge-base development initiatives include:

The "Demonstration Farm" Model:

Our facility in Tutong is being developed as a state-of-the-art demonstration site. By implementing a phased, staggered production cycle across nursery, rearing, and grow-out ponds, we are creating a live case study in efficient farm management. We invite students, government officials, and potential entrepreneurs to observe firsthand how science-based practices lead to tangible results.

Structured Training and Capacity Building:

We are developing a comprehensive training curriculum that translates our technical findings into practical skills. This program will cover everything from water quality monitoring and pond preparation to business planning and market access. The goal is to equip local communities and start-up entrepreneurs with the tools they need to build their own successful and sustainable aquaculture ventures.

Data-Driven Reporting and Best Practice Guides:

We are committed to transparency and knowledge sharing. By maintaining detailed logs of feed conversion rates, growth performance, and sales data—as exemplified in our recent six-month sales report for Patin—we are building a valuable dataset. We plan to distill this data into accessible best-practice guides and case studies that can be used by extension workers, educators, and farmers across the BIMP-EAGA region to improve their own operations.

By investing in our knowledge base, we are ensuring that the impact of our work extends far beyond our own farm gates, contributing to a smarter, more resilient, and more prosperous agricultural community for all.
